Movement sessions incorporate Pilates, functional movement, and yoga asana.

I work with various demographics but where I specialize is with pregnant and postpartum individuals, athletes, and folks navigating specific physical realities (like spondylolisthesis and radiation treatment recovery, for examples).

Standard practices work great for getting the movement in and building all around strength and flexibility, but I have studied across fields with multiple teachers for over a decade to cater acutely to those who might not fit into what “normal” means at a bigger facility. I’ve worked with professional athletes and octogenarians, I’ve worked with parents and cancer survivors. The practice is specific to your current state and your goals, and we adjust accordingly session to session. While I often utilize a reformer in private sessions, mat and wall work are common as well.

Before a day of family, festivities, and food, join this practice to work hard and get mind and body right, all without having to leave the house.

    Done in-person or over Zoom.

    A movement practice is meant to be committed to building strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility from the inside out.

    The focus is to find and stabilize the center while simultaneously working into flexibility and end range-of-motion strength.

    We can work on athleticism, we can rehab an injury. It’s all about whatever helps you work towards your goals.

    These sessions will incorporate the reformer as well as mat and wall work - you can always request something specific!

    In-person group work will NOT include the reformer unless it is a group of 2.

    Individual 60 minute session: $70

    Group 60 minute session: $100
