Energy work incorporates Yoga, Reiki, and the Akasha (or the Records/Akashic Records, if you’d prefer). It’s somewhat impossible to pin down any specialty demographic for this type of session.

This is for those who are curious about the depths of themselves beyond the day-to-day experience, those who want clearer soul access and less confusion around their own inner guidance, and to anyone interested in the mystical process.

It is a supplement to your spiritual journey and it is meant for anyone and everyone. This type of session is typically done while you lay down, but you’re always welcome to sit or move around as needed. After the initial discussion and prep work there is no need to talk but you are welcome to talk and ask questions as much or as little as you like. The point is to feel as comfortable as possible, in every sense of the word. From there, our subtle body systems establish a partnership to explore the internal workings of you. I am simply a medium that your system uses to call into your conscious awareness what it wants you to see and understand. Whether or not it feels like it, you are always running the show.

Energy Sessions are done in-person or over Zoom.

Energy session is a vague title, but it can be tricky to encapsulate the essence of the work done in 1-2 words.

Together we explore all realms of you in all of spacetime. It might sound overwhelming but we always end up where we are meant to go, we always see/hear/understand what we are meant to.

This might look like an efficient release of stored up energy and tension in your body. Or like unwinding muddled thoughts and feelings from simultaneously today and twenty years ago in your mind. Maybe like reconnecting to the playful, bright-eyed aspect of your being, who some call your inner child.

You could ask a question to your highest self, to the guides and guardians who move with you, to the light that pulses witWin and around everything.

What tends to be revealed is much of what blocks our path in daily life, from the little things to the really big things.

Awareness makes room for responsibility, and it’s in action we create more of ourselves and the lives we dream of living [something all people on planet Earth inherently deserve].
